Structure Composition and Working Principle of Commercial Solar Collector
Commercial solar collector is the core heating equipment of large-scale hot water system, mainly divided into flat plate type and vacuum tube type. It consists of heat absorption plate, glass cover plate, heat insulation layer, metal bracket and circulating pipeline. It converts solar radiation light energy into heat energy to heat the circulating medium in the pipeline. Flat plate collectors have strong weather resistance for high temperature and rainy areas, while vacuum tube collectors have excellent frost resistance for northern low-temperature environments. The single heat collection area is 2-4㎡, which can be combined on demand for 1-20 tons of heat collection systems. It has no mechanical transmission parts, with zero noise and zero emission.
Commercial solar collectors have simple structure, stable operation and wide adaptability, which are indispensable core heating equipment for large-scale solar hot water projects.
